Shipping & Returns Policy
Our Perfect Sip Promise
Our Perfect Sip Promise guarantees our products for 30 days. If you decide the products aren't for you, email hello@jooieenutrition.com and include your order number with a description of the reason for your return.
· Refund Method: We offer returns within 30 days of purchase to the original payment method, less shipping charges.
· Eligibility: This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Our products work best when taken consistently for at least 2 weeks.
· Alternative Resolutions: We may offer alternative flavors or store credit as a resolution (less shipping charges).
Return Conditions & Guidelines
· Return Window: Products must be returned to our facility within 30 days of the original delivery date.
· Product Condition: To qualify for a refund, opened products must still contain at least 50% of the original powder/contents.
· Final Sale Items: Gifted items (including gift cards), discounted/sale items, and accessories (milk frothers, mugs, cups, and whisks) are final sale and not eligible for return.
· Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
Shipping Information
· Standard Shipping: $5.50 for orders under $30.
· Regional Surcharges: For orders shipping outside of the contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and to Canada, additional shipping charges may apply.
· Delivery Timelines: We offer standard shipping (7-10 business days). We cannot guarantee delivery timelines as mail carriers across North America are continuing to experience delays.
· Lost or Missing Packages: We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked "Delivered" but not received. We will refund or reship lost orders if notified within 30 days of your order date.
· Address Errors: A $10 reshipment fee applies to incorrectly provided addresses at checkout.
· Pre-orders: Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items in your cart are back in stock.
International Customers
All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping costs.
Subscription Orders
By starting a subscription, you are committing to regular deliveries. We send multiple email notifications before each order is created, giving you time to skip, modify, or cancel.
· Cancellation Policy: Forgetting to cancel is not a valid reason for a refund.
· Management: Manage or cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account at Jooieenu.com.
· Unopened Returns: If you change your mind about a shipped subscription order, you may return unopened products at your own expense. We do not provide return labels.
Quality Concerns
If you receive a product with a quality issue, please contact hello@jooieenutrition.com immediately with your order number, the LOT number (found on the bottom of the tub or back of the pouch), and photos of the product and packaging.
Ingredient Sensitivities & Allergies
Please research our ingredients on our product pages before purchasing. It is the customer's responsibility to review this information if you have allergies or sensitivities.
· FDA Disclaimer: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
· Medical Advice: We recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any new supplement routine, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.

TikTok Shop & Amazon Orders
These policies apply to all Jooieenu orders. If you ordered through TikTok Shop or Amazon, please include your order number when contacting us. In the event of a conflict between our policy and the marketplace's policy, the marketplace's terms may apply.
